Her Sound

Most often, in addition to her ongoing work with The Klezmatics, Lisa has been performing solo concerts, or accompanied by accordionist extraordinaire Will Holshouser. Lisa plays her various fiddle styles, tells stories, and sings songs with the tenor guitar.

Lisa’s upcoming project (working title: Libinke) explores improvisational and meditative versions of Klezmer material with some of her long time collaborators: Matt Darriau, Christina Crowder, Ilya Shneyveys, Will Holshouser, Michael Sarin, David Licht, and Pete Rushefsky.
